Battle of the Books

On January 19th the three Battle of the Books teams competed in the Lakeside Battle of the Books competition. All three teams did a great job of preparing for this competition. During the competition the teams answered questions about the plots, characters, and settings of the books they read. The team of Rachel, Maddie, and Jessica took first place and will represent Lakeside in the state Battle of the Books. They will compete online with other teams throughout the state on February 23rd.
